Q1: What materials can be heated using your induction equipment?
A: Induction heating works best with electrically conductive materials, particularly ferrous metals like iron and steel due to magnetic hysteresis. However, we also design custom medium-frequency machines specifically optimized for non-ferrous metals like copper, brass, and aluminum.
Q2: Should I choose High-Frequency or Medium-Frequency equipment?
A: It depends on your workpiece and heating purpose. High-frequency (HF) is ideal for shallow, precise surface heating and small parts (e.g., brazing). Medium-frequency (MF) provides deeper, uniform heat penetration, making it perfect for melting, forging, and large components. Send us your workpiece details, and our engineers will provide a free technical evaluation.
Q3: Can the induction coil be customized for my specific workpiece?
A: Absolutely. The induction coil is the heart of the process. We custom-design and manufacture copper coils tailored to the exact geometry of your parts to ensure maximum heating efficiency.

Q4: Do you offer OEM/ODM manufacturing services?
A: Yes. As your dedicated supply chain partner in China, we specialize in OEM/ODM solutions. We can customize the machine’s power, frequency, automated fixtures, and even the outer casing and software interface to match your brand and specific production line requirements.
Q5: What is your standard lead time for orders?
A: For fully customized OEM/ODM projects or automated heating lines, it generally takes 30-45 days, depending on the complexity of the design and strict factory testing requirements.
Shipping, Installation & Support
Q6: How do you handle shipping for heavy industrial equipment?
A: We handle the entire export logistics process. All machines are securely packed in export-grade, fumigation-free wooden crates to prevent damage during transit. We offer flexible shipping terms including FOB, CIF, or DDP (door-to-door delivery) via sea freight or air freight based on your urgency.
Q7: How do we install the machine without your technician on-site?
A: Our machines are designed for user-friendly “plug-and-play” installation. We provide comprehensive English manuals, wiring diagrams, and step-by-step video tutorials. Furthermore, our technical team offers 1-on-1 remote video support to guide your engineers through the commissioning process.
Q8: What is your warranty policy?
A: We offer a standard 12-month warranty for the main machine from the date of shipment. During this period, we provide free replacement parts for any non-human-caused failures via express shipping (DHL/FedEx) to ensure your downtime is minimized.
